Challenge
A well-established global luxury brand wanted to increase foot traffic and sales in its boutique store within a cruise ship in the Caribbean. The client team sought design and facilitation support for a co-creation project with two of its strategic retail partners to develop fresh customer experience concepts that would connect with customers and drive business results.
Approach
Contexto, in partnership with DesignThinkers Group (DTG), co-designed and executed design research, project planning, client / customer interview sessions, and a multi-day co-creation workshop with stakeholders from the client team and strategic partners.
Outcome
All participants attained a more comprehensive understanding of their business ecosystem, of their customers’ preferences and unmet needs, and developed a shared understanding of their challenges and actionable opportunities. The teams developed a portfolio of promising solution concepts and a roadmap to validate these concepts to determine which ones to invest in and develop.
